Transformative Tax Reforms in Odisha
On Sunday, Mohan Chara Majhi, the Chief Minister of Odisha, expressed that the recent changes in the tax structure are revolutionary and place the citizens at the heart of governance.
Majhi extended his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for these reforms, stating, “Odisha sincerely thanks Prime Minister Modi for this visionary and transformative reform that truly centers governance around the people.”
He further mentioned on the platform ‘X’, “Starting tomorrow, India will embark on a new era of a simple, fair, and transparent tax system.” He emphasized that these reforms will directly benefit the citizens and strengthen the nation’s economy.
